Head Office/Branch Polling Manager is the core module that allows your Head Office and Branches to talk to each other whilst benefitting from all of the cost advantages and stability of digital Internet access, rather than rely on old-fashioned dial up connections or expensive leased lines. This allows you to control your own costs and provides a secure, reliable and resilient backbone for your company. The data can be passed back and forth between the Head Office and each Branch as required and you can decide how often that data transfer cycle takes place – be it overnight or every 5 minutes as the situation demands.
Head Office System is the core Administration module and maintains company wide control over the coding structures necessary for the provision of meaningful statistical analysis.
It helps you to control planning and stock level management, pricing, procurement and discounts. Further, this module helps to avoid redundancy of stock, identify peaks and troughs, allows transfers of stock between branches.
In-store system is configured to support Backoffice as well as Front of House activities. The Backoffice suite supports local procurement, stock transfers, returns processing, branch performance, and cash management.
The in-store Point of Sale system can support any number of EPoS devices, which allows the personalisation of the Retail area to cope with all levels of passing traffic. This minimises customer waiting time and enhances the customer experience.
Each unit permits the capture and processing of all data pertinent to your sale, from the item, cost and selling price, stock movement, sales analysis, store account card, credit/debit card or cash. It also facilitates enquiries for local back of house stock and a full company stock profile. This maximises your revenue opportunities whilst minimising stockholding within the enterprise.

The terminals also allow the processing of special orders and perform Back to Back or Direct Delivery orders, discount and price overrides, and process all necessary stock movements.
The interface is configurable and secure by user permissions and tracks all sales at the assistant level.
Mail Order Management allows an additional channel to market and is integrated with the rest of Aztec allowing complete visibility of enterprise stock at the point of order entry. It supports pricing, additional to retail and cost pricing as well as calculation of Post and Packaging by weight and/or volume. Naturally enough, a separate sales analysis is supported. The mail order client identity can also merge seamlessly with their in store account identity if so required.
